Renowned for his winning streak in the real estate market, Rajanya’s professional journey goes back to the late 1990’s when compelled to make something out of his inheritance of property, he founded The Terrapolis Group.

As a minority stake holder in one of the largest landed estates in the city of Mumbai, he was instrumental in stitching together the title of the estate which was held by over 140 families. This consolidation has enabled one of the largest regeneration projects in the city, which when complete, shall have re-housed over a million people. To enable the optimal master planning of this large land parcel, Rajanya strategically began buying and selling various land plots with a view to align and consolidate his own land holdings along with those of other prominent real estate and development giants. Alongside, he facilitated the implementation of rehabilitation projects on the greenfield sites carved out of his estate as part of the World Bank Funded MUTP (Mumbai Urban Transport Project) to expedite the desired results in enhancing Mumbai’s Rail and Road Transport Infrastructure. He was also part of a 45 acre redevelopment Project led by HCC at Vikhroli and has since then entered into several strategic tie-ups led by Marathon Realty Ltd. for his consolidated 400 acre estate in the eastern suburbs of Mumbai.  

From the creation of wealth, to exploring avenues of preserving the same, Rajanya looked beyond India to exploit opportunities that made compelling real estate investments. Over the last few years Rajanya has amassed a sizeable investment property portfolio offshore and having consulted and helped numerous families in the same space, Rajanya realized the vacuum in this space. Observing that there were no reliable advisors or established organizations to assist Indian HNIs to explore offshore investment options, he finally decided to formally establish Adventum to fill this very void.

At Adventum Rajanya has been instrumental in setting up the company’s operations on a global scale and partnering with reputed companies from across the globe.  Rajanya holds a Bachelors of Science in Management & Marketing from  Bentley College, Massachusetts, U.S.A.

Emron was an Independent Director on the Board of All Bank Finance Limited (NBFC of Allahabad Bank), before he decided to turn entrepreneur with his own corporate advisory firm Securia Capital Advisors Pvt. Amit has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, particularly in the areas of distribution, corporate and treasury sales and product structuring.

Amit has previously been an integral part of reputed organizations such as Birla Sunlife Asset Management Company, Standard Chartered Bank, IDFC Investment Advisors and Tata AMC. Among his other career milestones, Amit was responsible for leading the team that set-up the distribution channel for The Birla Sunlife Asset Management Company. At Standard Chartered AMC he led the team that designed and set up the complete branch network of the company. He was responsible for raising a domestic PE fund of 500 crore for IDFC Investment Advisors and also successfully headed the western region of TATA AMC with more than 15 offices under his charge.  Amit’s strengths have been his ability to run relationships with corporates and bank treasuries and his knack for managing large teams on important projects and initiatives.

Owing to these strengths, he decided to take the leap of faith and turn entrepreneur. He started his own corporate advisory firm Securia Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd in the year 2010 and has been running his advisory business successfully for half a decade now.

Amit has obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration and is also a qualified Chartered Financial Analyst.

Matthew Allen

Matthew started his working life in the travel industry before moving into the Trust and Corporate Service environment in 2001 when he started working for a small family business with offices in London, Guernsey and Switzerland.

It was whilst there that Matthew completed professional examinations to become a fully qualified Chartered Secretary and member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Matthew moved to the London office of a leading Dutch Trust Company in 2006 where he assumed responsibility for servicing a large portfolio of Multi-National Corporate clients and undertaking the role of MLRO.In 2011,Matthew moved to Minerva to oversee key client relationships through the London Office...

Jeremy Ellis

Jeremy began his career as an international trust litigator at Withers LLP in London. Having litigated for 5 years, Jeremy joined Standard Bank in Jersey as legal counsel.

During his time at Standard Bank, Jeremy led the development of a highly robust risk environment for the trust companies and developed Standard Bank’s international private client offering to complement Standard Bank’s clients across emerging markets. Since joining Minerva in 2014, Jeremy has taken on the roles of Head of Legal and Risk and Global Head of Client Services. Bharat Shah

Mr. Shah has been procuring and managing his real-estate portfolios over past 15 years. Although a technocrat by training, Mr. Shah has been investing in real estate since his early days at Cisco Systems.

His hands-on experience includes condominium ownership across the United States, dealing with tenants and keeping a keen eye on real estate trends. Besides condominiums, Mr. Shah owns and has worked with land banks, 1031-Exchanges, property auctions, flips, strip mall and apartment complexes. Recently Mr. Shah has also syndicated large construction deals on behalf of his clients. At Adventum, Mr. Shah’s role is to advise on real estate trends and source suitable properties for clients.
